Our Legacy
The Bayview Hunters Point Coordinating Council has a rich history and legacy dating back to the 1960s. Founded by legendary activist Espinola Jackson, the organization is known for its oversight and its intrepid spirit which stood at the forefront of civil rights and community advocacy. We continue in the footsteps of those who remained on the frontlines during their time.
